In January 1991, a general who is deprived the opportunity to serve in Operation Desert Storm enters an illegal business deal with a supposed archbishop from the Church of Spirits. The general secures an unidentified stolen artifact, convinced that the resulting financial compensation will make up for the wrongful end to his career.

Unbeknownst to him, a deadly assassin has made his way into the military compound, and after displaying efficiency and uncanny stealth, makes it clear that he is out to accomplish a mission of his own.
