A Comprehensive Look at Our Full-Day Studio Production Package

Our full-day production package is designed to provide everything you need for a seamless and high-quality production, whether it's a corporate event, a video podcast, or a commercial shoot.

The Venue and Amenities

The studio space is a versatile canvas, complete with tables and seating for up to 45 attendees, perfect for intimate corporate events or seminars. We also provide a conference room, a den that can serve as a green room, and restrooms for your convenience. Located in a discreet setting near Mizner Park, the studio offers privacy while being just minutes away from the beach, hotels, and restaurants. We even include valet parking to make arrival and departure stress-free for you and your guests. The venue also includes a professional podcast desk that can comfortably accommodate 4 speakers. 

World-Class Visuals and Production

The centerpiece of the studio is a stunning 24-foot wide by 10-foot tall, 1.9 pitch 4K LED video wall. This impressive wall works as a dynamic presentation tool for PowerPoint slides, Zoom feeds, or any presentation material, and it can also function as a virtual backdrop for your event or video projects. Our production setup includes three 4K PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras that are remotely controlled, ensuring we capture every angle with cinematic quality. You can also connect your own laptop to the video wall to display content as a video source. Additionally, our Vibe digital whiteboard is available for interactive presentations.

Professional Audio and Live Control

Our studio is equipped with a professional PA audio system and a dedicated audio board operator is on staff to control and monitor house audio levels during your production. Most of our video and audio sources are routable via NDI (Network Device Interface) standards, allowing for seamless integration and routing to monitors or recording servers. Our video production control room manages all operations, from switching between video sources to displaying graphics and playing back videos. Our live streaming capability allows you to broadcast your event to a variety of online platforms, accommodating both in-person and online audiences for hybrid events.

Presentations and Speaker Support

For a seamless and professional presentation, we offer the ability to display PowerPoint and other video presentations (either on our servers or off of your own laptop). We can also provide countdown clocks and session timers to help speakers and presenters stay on schedule. To ensure everyone on stage is comfortable, we have network-controlled floor monitors that can be positioned around the room to display a variety of video sources, such as Zoom guests or presentation previews.

Event Production Staff (For Corporate Event Days)

Corporate event productions include a team of seasoned professionals to ensure your event runs smoothly. A Show Director runs the show and manages the video wall and show feed, while a dedicated Engineer/Remote Camera Operator handles technical operations. 

A Front of House Audio engineer manages house sound levels, and a Floor Manager helps direct and assist guests and hosts, acting as a liaison with the production team. We also provide project management services to collect your digital assets and build your presentation into our switchboard. 

Post-Production and Deliverables

We take care of all the recording, capturing each independent camera source individually to both a main and a backup record server. For corporate events a hard drive with raw footage, as well as a "live cut" video file of the produced show is included. This means you walk away with a ready-to-use video, saving you significant time and money on post-production. For recorded podcasts and commercial videos, live cut video files are provided shortly after recording to accommodate quick publication turnaround times. Hard drives and raw footage may be available on request.
